At the meet

The Pool

When arriving at the pool, you will need an electronic key band to get in and out of the pool and for the lockers.  You get them at our club office (the swim shop). It is situated to the left when you enter the building. The lockers can not be used during the night, they will open automatically. 

• Friday 17.00-19.00

• Saturday 08.30-09.30

• Sunday between 14:00–16:00 (return)

Please keep your wristband for the entire weekend!

Unreturned wristbands will be charged a fee of 200 SEK.

The dressing rooms are situated on the second floor.  All divers need to shower in the shower rooms before getting into the pool water. Spectators can enter the pool free of charge. They can receive a  barcode ticket at the pool entrance. 

You are not allowed to use other parts of the pool without paying. You should not pass through the adventure pool on your way to and from the diving pool. You must return the key band at the office before Sunday at 16.00. 

Training

There will be time for training on Friday 18.00-20.00. There will also be training before the competition start and between competitions.  More details in Schedule 

Café at the pool

• Jacky's at the pool offers a wide and varied assortment. Choose from different dishes, coffee and snacks. 

Victory Ceremony

There will be a victory ceremony after each event for all the divers. Medals will be awarded for the top three. Gather immediately under the Swedish flag.

Dry land facilities

The dry-land training room behind the spectator stands can not be used due to safety reasons. Dry board can be used during training hours.

Refreshments

Coffee will be served at the pool during competitions.

Nordic Light Pub

Nordic Light has the honour to invite all participants to Nordic Light Pub on Saturday at 20.00-22.30. There will be served refreshments and snacks in the café on the second floor just above the office. This is an opportunity to meet all the divers without swimsuits on. Hope to see you there!
