The Pool

Entrance Bands & Access to the Pool

To access the pool area, you will need an electronic entrance band. These can be collected at our club office left of the main entrance:

• Friday: 17.15 – 19.00

• Saturday: 08.15 – 09.30

Please keep your wristband for the entire weekend!

The bands are programmed to grant access to the locker rooms and pool area 45 minutes before the start of practice.

Returning your Entrance Band:

Please help us by returning your electronic wristband before you leave.

• Sunday 12:00 – 15:00: Return your band to the staff at the club office.

Other times: If you are leaving early, please use the envelope station outside the office. Write your name and club on the envelope, insert the band, and drop it in the mailbox to the left of the office entrance.

Unreturned wristbands will be charged a fee of 200 SEK.

The dressing rooms are situated on the second floor.  All divers need to shower in the shower rooms before getting into the pool water. Spectators can enter the pool free of charge. They can receive a  barcode ticket at the pool entrance. 

You are not allowed to use other parts of the pool without paying. You should not pass through the adventure pool on your way to and from the diving pool. You must return the key band at the office before Sunday at 15.00. 

Training

There will be time for training on Friday 18.00-20.00. There will also be training before the competition start and between competitions.  More details in Schedule 

Technical meeting

There will be a short technichal meeting on Saturday at 8.45 inside the pool on the spectator stands. We will give a short information about the weekend and draw the teams for the Nordic Light Team Challenge.

Café at the pool

• Jacky's at the pool offers a wide and varied assortment. Choose from different dishes, coffee and snacks. 

Victory Ceremony

There will be a victory ceremony after each event for all the divers. Medals will be awarded for the top three. Gather immediately under the Swedish flag. Medal ceremonies will include both Nordic Light Open and Nordic Championships results.

Dry land facilities

The dry-land training room behind the spectator stands can not be used due to safety reasons. Dry board can be used during training hours.

Refreshments

Coffee and light snacks will be served at the pool during competitions for all divers, coaches and judges. No cost.

Nordic Light Pub

Nordic Light has the honour to invite all participants to Nordic Light Pub on Saturday at 19.00-22.00. There will be served refreshments and snacks in the café on the second floor just above the office. This is an opportunity to meet all the divers without swimsuits on. Hope to see you there!
