• Friday: 18.00-20.00

• Saturday:  09.00-10.00 (and between competitions)

• Sunday: 09.00-10.00 (and between competitions)

Please note: The competition schedule may vary significantly from year to year depending on the number of participants in each age group. We adapt the schedule to ensure a smooth and fair event for all athletes based on the actual entries received. The final schedule will be published shortly after the registration deadline.

Age groups will be competing together, grouped into the following heats:

1m

• Men 1m ages 18–29 

• Men 1m ages 30–49

• Men 1m ages 50+

• Women 1m ages 18–29 

• Women 1m ages 30–49

• Women 1m ages 50+

3m

• Men 1m ages 18–29
